Vasile Manoliu I was born in Valeni, Neamt, Romania in 1958. I received my BS and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from Politehnica University of Bucharest in 1984. Since 1988 I have been working in the Electrical Machines, Materials and Drive Systems Department. I am Associate Professor in this Department since 2000. My research activities include special electrical machines, electrical drives, control systems, bioengineering and biomedical applications of electrical equipments. IEEE Member since 2003. |

I received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from University Politehnica of Bucharest, Faculty of Electrical Engineering - Romania in 1993. I am Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering since 2007, and I am working in DSP Control of Electrical Drives Laboratory and Electrical Drives Laboratory as lecturer. My research area is related to electrical drives, electrical machines and monitoring of the rotating machinery systems. |
